大阪発のロックバンド、新体制4人組となって初のCDが遂にリリースされました！
長いキャリアを持つ彼らですが、4人になってからは、まるでバンドを始めたばかりの少年のような初期衝動を感じさせます。
思春期のような尖りと衝動、攻撃性とピュアな面を併せ持つバンド。

今回の作品は、彼らのピュアでロマンチストな側面にフォーカスしたような印象の渾身の4曲入り。
グリーンデイに憧れ、パワーポップにも影響を受けたソングライティングは、
甘酸っぱいメロディーとハーモニーがたっぷり。
そんな風にパワーポップの影響を感じる曲作りにも、彼らの個性を感じます。

この作品は、甘酸っぱさとセンチメンタルに特化した選曲で構成されており、
これを聴いてライブに行けば、音源とのギャップにもやられるはず。笑
過去に発表済みの人気曲「みずいろ」と「ハッピーエンド」も再録され、新しくFATE BOXに出会うのに最適な作品となっています。

「Boy」は前作までの音楽的発展を受け継いだような楽曲で、
彼らのグリーンデイやジェリーフィッシュ好きが感じ取れる一曲です。
「Song for」は、逆に初期の曲のような躍動感を持つ楽曲。
