ポップ、だけどなんだかほろ苦い。
キャッチー、だけどありがちで終わらない深みを持つグッドメロディー！
でも今作はなんだか様子が違う。

これまでのパワフルなポップパンク/パワーポップサウンドではなく、ミドルテンポ&アコースティックな三曲入りでバンドの音楽的挑戦、今後の進化を予感させるような作品になってる！
とはいえ、例えばsimple planの名バラード曲たちとかthe get up kidsの「valentine」とか思い出す感じで、
やっぱりこのバンドは00sポップパンク、パワーポップ、エモの良いところどりのような雰囲気が最高にツボです。
アルバムの４曲目とかラストに収録されてたら最高な曲ばかり。
あー！そろそろフルアルバムが聴きたい！熱望！

このバンドほんと良い。calendars、Holidays of seventeenと同時期にいたら同じくらい人気者になってたんじゃないかなー。
いろんな球種を使い分けながらも歌メロにはBASEBALL PITCHER節と言えるような一貫した独特の哀愁があってほんと良いですよね⚾️
