愛知発の四人組！
先日、DENIMS主催フェスへの出演も果たしました。
遂に久しぶりの新譜リリース！

様々なジャンルを混ぜ合わせ音楽を楽しむソフトミクスチャー・グループを名乗る。
シティポップ、ラップの影響を強く感じた前作でしたが、
今作は女性新メンバーsbeさん加入の影響なのか、一曲目からwowdow流のJ-ギターロックをしたかのようなアッパーな楽曲でびっくり！

くるりの「琥珀色の街、上海蟹の朝」やYogee New Waves「Climax Night」好きな人におすすめしたい雰囲気もあった前作とまた違う印象です！
全体的にJ-pop/J-Rock的な突き抜け方を感じる作品に。
シティポップ、ファンク、フォーク、歌謡曲、渋谷系…色んな音楽を昇華したミクスチャー具合はそのまま、
それでいて、前作のスタイリッシュな印象とはまた一味違う。
wowdowが鳴らすJ-POPをキーワードにしたのかなと思わせる、カラフルで楽しさ溢れる良い作品！！

おすすめは切ない別れの曲、「コントラスト」で、これはwowdow史上でも屈指の大名曲バラードだと思います！
この曲に限らずsbeさんと丸本くんのハーモニーがwowdowの最強の武器かもね。

それから「サマームーン」が個人的にかなりお気に入りです。
歌謡曲/サーフロック/渋谷系ギターポップな、鼻歌したいサビの歌詞が楽しい超キャッチーな曲！
ギターソロからしても多分サーフロックがコンセプトですね。夏にぴったりな曲。
前作に続き、きっと夏も彼らの重要なインスピレーションですね。
