くだらない1日は、高値(Vo/Gt)を中心に、 太陽(Gt)、河合(Ba)による東京を拠点とするミッドウェストエモ／インディー、パンクバンド。2016年結成からの楽曲を2022年にリアレンジしバンドの活動の現在地を示した代表曲及び、ライブの定番曲のほとんどを収録するベストアルバムの意味合いも強いungulatesよりリリースした2ndフル・アルバム。2022年夏にUKのレーベル「Dog Knights!」のサブレーベル「Good Job」よりVINYLにてリリースされ、現在では幻のVINYL盤（現在完売）。2024年新作アルバムのリリース後となるタイミングにて、再リイシュー決定。
